Boys & Girls Clubs of Hall County Hires New CPO – Joe Ethier

Thursday October 25, 2007 - The Boys and Girls Club of Hall County recently named Joe Ethier as Chief Professional Officer. Joe previously held the role for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Mitchell County during which time the organization experienced unprecedented growth.

Joe began working with the Boys & Girls Club immediately after graduating from Valdosta State University, and has since held various positions including Unit Director, Athletic Director, Director of Program Services, and Director of Operations. In his current role, Joe will be responsible for the strategic planning and operation of the club.

Ethier’s involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs stems from his desire to be part of something beneficial to the community. "It’s really cool to be part of an organization that gives back every day," Ethier said.

This year, Ethier was named one of Georgia Trend Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 Brightest Leaders, and The Professional Association’s Executive of the Year for the Southeast.
