What a great year 2022 was! Some of our Clubs were able to finish out the new year with a Futsal Cup Tournament, where Gainesville Exploration Academy became the Champions of Lanier! Tournament Club Members were also given a generous gift from Mike Crumbley from Kaiser Permanente.

We cannot wait to see what 2023 has in store for Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier!

You can help make a tremendous impact in the lives of the youth of our communities. The stories of Jerome, Jaiyah, and Fred are only a few of the lives that have been changed through our organization. Join us this year in giving the next generation the support they need to Be Great. They’re the only next generation we’ve got.

- $10 provides a child with an hour of mentoring to decrease anxiety and depression.
-$35 feeds 35 kids a healthy snack to increase energy and focus.
-$50 provides ten kids with an hour of tutoring to increase academic performance.

Any amount you can give will contribute to fostering a safe and encouraging environment for the kids that need it most. Click the link to make a donation! www.boysgirlsclubs.com/give/

The Club gave Fred Payne the mentors he needed to BE GREAT. Fred remembers acting out a lot in his youth and attributes it to a lack of positive male role models in his life. But when he came to the Club, he made a connection with mentor Derrick Caldwell that would last a lifetime. After graduating from Western Carolina University and playing professional football overseas, Fred returned to the Club as a mentor in hopes of having the same influence and impact on young people that his mentors had on him.

You can help give the next generation the mentors they need today! Click the link to make a donation and help today’s Club members become tomorrow’s mentors, just like Fred! www.boysgirlsclubs.com/give/

Hey everyone! This is Abby Turner, the Director of the Compass Center. I need your help! Next week the temperatures are going to be dropping significantly, all the way down to 9 degrees on Friday night. Many of my clients are currently sleeping outside or in their cars. I am worried about these folks. I would love your support in gathering some sleeping bags and blankets for them.

You can drop them off at United Way of Hall County, which is located at 527 Oak Street, Gainesville, GA 30501, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. It would mean the world to us to have your support in this way, and I know my clients will be incredibly grateful.

Thank you for everything you do to support United Way of Hall County!
