Healthy Lifestyles Programs

Triple Play

A dynamic wellness program designed to help youth create opportunities to take charge of their personal health and wellness. It aims to increase members’ daily physical activity, teaching them good nutritional habits and helping them develop healthy relationships by focusing on how the mind, body and soul all influence overall health.




SMART Moves (Skills Mastery and Resilience Training) is a prevention and education program addressing problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity. The program uses a team approach including Club staff, peer leaders, parents and community representatives to empower young people ages 6 to 15 to abstain from substance abuse and adolescent sexual involvement through the practice of responsible behavior.

Passport to Manhood

A program designed to engage young boys ages 8 to 14 in discussions and activities that reinforce character, leadership and positive behavior so they develop into mature young men.

Sport & Fitness

Our sport & fitness programs engage youth in physical activity through traditional and non-traditional sports such as basketball, flag football, soccer, indoor soccer, boxing, ballet, and kayaking.


SMART Girls is a small-group health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program designed to meet the developmental needs of girls from 8 to 18. During the program, Club girls explore their own and societal attitudes and values and they build skills for eating right, staying physically fit, getting good health care and developing positive relationships with peers and adults.

Positive Sprouts

A program that educates young people on the importance of eating nutritious foods and living healthy by building and maintaining gardens.
