Everyday thousands of kids in our community have no place to go after school. Our after-school programs provide a safe, positive and engaging environment where kids and teens, ages 5 to 18, build the skills and confidence they need to achieve great futures.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier and the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) are partnering to provide valuable out of-school programs for youth in Georgia. The information provided on the forms below will help ensure that eligible youth are benefiting from the partnership. Please complete this form in its entirety and return it to the identified staff person at the program site.
