Club Events The Positive Place for Kids

At the Boys and Girls Club, kids from all walks of life have a safe and supportive place to develop their educational, emotional, physical, and social skills. Our facility features a newly renovated gym, game room, technology center, and more – all staffed by trained professionals.

Teen Center

teen center The Teen Center offers programs focusing on issues pertaining to today’s teenagers.

The Teen Center offers programs that directly focus on issues pertaining to today’s teenager. Members are given the opportunity to join peer leadership groups, civic groups, national conventions, work part-time at the Club, and more while interacting with their peers and a full-time Teen Director.

There are numerous social recreation and sports activities, as well as opportunities to learn and perfect technology skills. We provide the structure for teens to engage in community service projects, and workshops in which they can discuss issues and concerns facing teens today.

Our many programs help teens plan for their future. We offer test preparation classes and Goals For Graduation, which provides assistance with the application process and offers teens the opportunity to visit colleges and universities. We provide career awareness workshops with guest speakers and teach job interviewing skills. Our nationally chartered Keystone Club helps teens develop leadership skills and interest in civic involvement.
